Constipated? Three Effective Tips Inside:

You’re sitting on the toilet, feeling bloated, pushing as hard as you can and nothing comes out…And you’re wondering “why the hell can’t I poop?!” – Constipation is no joke!

It’s extremely uncomfortable and causes and array of symptoms, from feeling moody to increasing your risk of developing inflammatory diseases.

If you’re dealing with constipation, I feel your pain because I’ve been in your shoes.

When I first started my health journey over 10 years ago, constipation was one of the main things I struggled with, besides the many other symptoms: acne, weight challenges, bloating, lack of energy, hormonal imbalance. – You name it, I had it.

I’d go days without going number 2, and I’m not talking about just a couple of days, I mean 7-12 days without a sign of bowel movements.

Constipation not only makes you feel uncomfortable, but it also increases your chances of developing bacterial and yeast overgrowth in the gut, which could lead to the many symptoms I was struggling with.

Plus! If constipation is something you’ve been dealing with for a while, it could put you at a higher risk of developing inflammatory diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, colon cancer, etc.

The good news is that you can do something about it. You’re not doomed to live the rest of your life feeling constipated.
