With so many eating styles – vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, gluten-free, raw and the list goes on and on – I don’t blame you for feeling overwhelmed.  But don’t let your heart get worried – I’m here to help. Tadaaaa!

I’ve taught lots of women to feel confident in the kitchen and stick to a healthy nutrition without the need to sacrifice tastebuds.

So here’s how I can help you simplify your life in the kitchen:

  • Local group cooking classes
  • Online group cooking classes

Gather 5 friends (total of 6 people including you) and host a cooking class at home or online and YOU get the class for FREE!

This applies to both, local and online cooking classes.

Choose a date and tell me what your group would like to learn. Example: meal prepping, 15 minute meals, guilt-free desserts, living gluten-free, preparing healing foods for the gut, etc. Whatever you need!

All my classes are:

 They are a combination of cooking and nutritional talk so you have a better understanding of how real food can help you achieve your health goals.

  • Available in California: Santa Barbara, San Diego, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, West Lake Village and surrounding areas.
  • Class duration: 2 hours
  • Class price: $55 per person
  • Minimum of 6 people (including you)
  • Gather 5 friends and you get the class for free
  • Sample all the meals prepared during class
  • Get recipes and grocery shopping list to simply your life!

  • You’ll also receive a replay link to watch as many times as you want.

    I had the privilege of attending one of Jennifer ‘s cooking classes and let me tell you I had such an amazing time! Not only was the food DELICIOUS the information I received was very informative and enlightening. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable in her field and an absolute doll to be around.
