Okay, let’s be honest. Even when following a healthy lifestyle, once in while it’s nice to have a bowl of pasta, a piece toast, an egg burrito, pizza… you name it. So…what if I told you that you can enjoy one of your favorites in a healthy way without feeling guilty, bloated or gassy afterwards? I’m always on the hunt of guilty-free, yummy brands, so I hope you get to try one or all of these delicious alternatives. Enjoy!
- Made with tiger Nut flour, Cassava and coconut flour. Pop in the toaster for a couple of minutes and spread with butter, nut butter or side of sunny side up eggs
- Warm them up in a large skillet and use them as you please.
- I love all of Siete Foods products. These tortillas are so versatile. I use them to make quesadillas, egg burritos…the possibilities are endless.
- Best gluten-free best I’ve had! It tastes like the real thing but without the wheat and bloating afterwards. You can get at most stores, including Target!
- It’s a great alternative to satisfy your pizza cravings without interfering with your healthy eating habits.
- Hands down the best gluten-free, paleo pasta I’ve tried. It taste like the real thing. It cooks in a couple of minutes and goes beautifully with any type of sauce.
- Stuffed with butternut squash. The pasta is made with almond flour and free of fillers. Cappello’s also has paleo lasagna sheets and pizza crust. Highly recommend you to give them a try.
- If you’re allergic to almonds, Banza is a great alternative since it’s made of chickpeas.
