If you’re looking for dairy-free alternatives that are also low in sugars and free of fake ingredients, then here are some of my favorite brands that I consume on daily-basis. As a side note, I’m not vegan, nor do I condemn dairy. Actually, I’m a fan of raw (unpasteurized) dairy and sometimes I like to enjoy a cold glass of raw milk. 😛 You can get most of these products at your local health food store or on Amazon.
