These are some of the drinks I like to enjoy on a daily basis (except the alcoholic versions, those are reserved for the weekend or for whenever I feel like having a little more fun than usual ;p). All the drinks below are packed with superfoods to help you sleep better, boost the immune system, make you feel energized, improve gut health and lots more.

- I love to start my day with a shot…the healthy type. We’ll leave the fun ones for the weekend =). These little bottles are meant to be chugged and are packed with superfoods to help you feel more awake and boost the immune system. Find them at most health food stores.
- Love having a cup of this tea right before bed. It helps my body and mind relax so I can enjoy a goodnight sleep. And the great thing is that I don’t feel groggy when I wake up.
- Kombucha is great way to support gut health. It provides the body with a variety of healthy bacteria and enzymes. GT’s is one of the most popular brands and it has a wide variety of flavors. Gingerade is one of my favorites.
- This is another great kombucha brand. Kombucha is also great to reduce bloating and improve digestion. It can help cut sugar cravings, therefore assisting the body in shedding off excess weight.
- If you’ve never had kombucha before and you aren’t a fan of sour flavors, then I HIGHLY encourage you to fist try a fruity flavor. Health-Aid has a wide variety of options to help you get started with your kombucha journey.
- This 48 oz bottle is a great option if you’re already a kombucha fun and want to save a couple of bucks.
- If you’ve never had hard kombucha, you got to try it next time you feel like having a good time. Hard kombucha is the alcoholic version of kombucha and it usually has up 9% alcohol. So if you’re lightweight like me, it’ll give you a nice buzz while feeding your gut with good bacteria.
- Strainge Beast is another brand of Hard Kombucha I like. It’s a little more hoppy than Flying Ambers and has a little more alcohol content as well.
