Crunchy snacks are my kryptonite!
I do my best to eat healthy while keeping carbs on the low side…but when it comes to crunchy snacks, specially chips; everything goes out the window. So since I’m aware that it’s a bit hard to control myself when it comes to chips, I do my best to treat myself with healthy options that are gluten-free, low in sugars and free of hydrogenated oils. Here are some of my favorite brands and flavors:
- If you’re a chipaholic like me, then you’re going to love this chicken chips. There’s made with chicken and tapioca. I’m hooked and i think you will be too!
- Looking for healthy tortilla chips? Search no mo! These are gluten free and free of mysterious ingredients.
- Ok…I know brussels sprouts are not considered a snack, but these puffs are the bomb.com. Trust me. Just give them a try.
- Plantain Chips cooked in coconut oil and a hint of sea salt. Super crunchy!
- Crackers made of pecan. If you’re trying to avoid almonds, this is a great alternative to try. I love eating them with butter, avocado or on their own.
- Addictive! Almond meal crackers.
