Jeniffer Alburquerque is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, creator of the blog Naked Flavors, and author of “Healthy Gut Happy You.” She is also a fervent advocate of the feel-awesome-everyday movement and a true believer that dancing in the kitchen adds flavor to her healthy concoctions.
For many years she struggled with severe acne, several digestive problems and depression which made her feel lousy and purposeless. Her frustration for so many unsuccessful attempts to heal her condition with prescribed and over-the-counter medicine led her making a life changing decision – to give Mother Nature a chance to cure her.
This episode in her life made her discover her great passion for cooking and nutrition. Today, Jen spends her time learning about food-body connection in order to create nourishing and tasty recipes with the purpose to inspire others to love themselves.

One of our favorite recipes that we use daily is flourless wraps! You can use it for all meals of the day…you definitely have to try the recipes! EASY, QUICK & DELICIOUS!
