I’ve been loving the egg bites from Starbucks because they’re such a delicious and filling snack. They’re fluffy and creamy and I can’t get enough of them!
They’re very simple to make and you can flavor them however you like.
Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about snacking. Questions such as…
- “Why am I hungry all the time?”
- “How come I feel like snacking every hour?”
- “I can’t stop munching throughout the day! What’s wrong with me?!”
When we’re constantly feeling hungry, it’s either because we’re not eating enough healthy fats or we’re in a state on anxiety.
Healthy fats, such as nuts, seeds, avocados and eggs are great on-the-go snacks that will keep you full for longer periods of time and reduce sugar/carb cravings. Plus, healthy fats have the potential to boost energy levels.
You know that sleepy, foggy feeling you get after eating a ton of carbs? Yup, that doesn’t happen when you feed your body healthy fats.
These egg bites are packed with plenty of healthy and yummy fats. They’re super easy to make and it’s a great healthy snack on the go. You can have them for breakfast, snack or even a quick bite if you get hungry at night.
The recipe is as simple as blending, mixing and baking. Store them in the fridge for up to 5 days and freeze them for longer.
So go ahead, get creative and flavor your egg bites any way you want!

Egg bites
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 4 heaping spoonful cottage cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4-5 slices of turkey (This is my favorite brand for cold cuts)
- Handful arugula
How?
- Preheat the over to 375 F
- Blend eggs and cottage cheese for 1-2 minutes.
- Season with sea salt, pepper and garlic.
- Chop turkey sliced into small squares. Add turkey and arugula to egg mixture.
- Cover a square or rectangular baking dish with a sheet of parchment paper and pour the egg-cottage mixture. Or you can use a muffin tin.
- Add a casserole dish with 3 1/2 cups of water below the baking dish or muffin tin. This is to help the eggs bites get a fluffy texture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let them cool down and store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze them for longer.
