If you've seen my other recipes, you know that I don't like to add too much blah blah in my posts, but one thing I'd like to highlight in this recipe is we're not using soy sauce. Instead we're using coconut aminos. If you've never heard of it before, it's made of the coconut sap. The taste it's very similar to soy sauce, it has a slight sweet taste.
You can find coconut aminos at most health food stores and even on amazon.
One of the reasons I try to avoid soy as much as possible is because it affects hormonal balance and in the States we consume way too much soy and we're not even aware.
