Cooking Class – Feel Your Best with Real Foods!

You got the power to heal yourself!

Your body is perfectly made, all you need to do to feel healthy, fit and vibrant is to pay attention to the signals the body sends.

My job is a Nutritional Therapist is to help women feel in charge of their health and confident in their bodies.

In this class I’ll teach you how to become more in tuned with yourself and figure out your individual needs instead of following popular eating trends.

You’ll learn to:

  • Prepare delicious and nourishing meals that will make you feel fit, energized and vibrant.
  • Apply simple tools to reconnect with your body to enjoy ideal weight, long lasting energy, clear skin and better digestion

All the recipes you’ll learn in this class are gluten-free, refined-sugar free, organic, grass-fed and soy-free. Everything will be made with real ingredients that will thrill your tastebuds.

After the class, we’ll enjoy together all the meals prepared and get a chance to connect with other women, who like you, are ready to feel their best!
